Rhodes Wood Hospital School, Life in a glass workshop 2026

We are running two activities
One is focused on Irena Sendler and how she intervened to help.
The other is on the importance of HMD and what we can learn. Using handprints the students will be creating the logo for HMD and then on HMD itself will be posting messages of hope. This will go on display in the school

We are a hospital school for children with eating disorders and therefore we have to be very careful in the way we communicate knowledge regarding the holocaust in terms of the images etc we share.
