I did an overview of what the Holocaust was without too much into the atrocities and explained how so many people were killed because of their beliefs

We then discussed how the young people could relate it to our scout values and they said they were proud to be in an organisation that doesn’t discriminate

At 8 pm we lit candles and they did personal pledge on what they could do to stop discrimination with quiet reflection and nimrod playing in the background
