At the museum we created an information display, shared information on social media, wrote an article for the local paper, and I talked on BBC Essex and Caroline Coastal Radio shows over the weekend and on 27th January. We refreshed our permanent Concentration Camp display, with new interpretation around our Striped Jacket and other artefacts. We commemorated the story of prisoner Jozef Zabka, whose jacket and letter we hold in our collection and reflected on the holocaust and the causes of genocide at a time when the world is in peril.
