A group of year 6 students will begin by recapping their knowledge about about Judaism and WW2 (Nazi control) before moving on to learn about the holocaust. This will be done through discussion, art, videos and drama. The diary of Anne Frank will be used to support learning and also videos of holocaust survivors. At the end of the day the children will host an assembly for KS2 children, to share what they have learnt and to come together by lighting candles, a minutes silence and time for prayer.
