Pupils from each year group at Healing Academy took part in a Holocaust Poetry workshop. Pupils spent some time learning about the Holocaust and what happened, before they then looked at how people have used poetry to reflect on their experience. They were then given the chance to write their own lines of poetry based on their response to the workshop. Pupils and staff then edited this work to create a whole school Holocaust Memorial Poem.
