Book Group Activities
Holocaust Memorial Day can be commemorated in many different ways, and some organisers including Libraries and Book Groups have found that using autobiographical or fictional literature is a valuable way to explore the themes of Holocaust Memorial Day.
HMDT have produced outline discussion points for a number of novels and testimony, and we update these sections regularly. Some books will not be suitable for younger reading groups, and we recommend that organisers of their reading groups focus on the activities and books included in our For Young People section only.
