Leicestershire County Council in partnership with Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust and University Hospitals of Leicester will mark Holocaust Memorial Day with a short ceremony and talk by Georgia Parsisson from the University of Leicester. Georgia will speak about the role of young people within the Rwandan genocide. The Chairman of the County Council will light the candle of remembrance.
