A ceremony to mark Holocaust Memorial Day.
We will be joined by Joan Salter MBE who will share her experiences as a child Holocaust survivor. We will also have speeches and readings from our Mayor, council leader, a local young person who is a youth ambassador from the Holocaust Educational Trust, and will share reflections on her trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau. We will also have a singer. the event will be followed by refreshments and a buffet. The event is invite only due to the capacity of our venue. we will also be livestreaming the event, link to follow.
