Martin Winstone is the author of The Holocaust Sites of Europe: An Historical Guide. In this podcast Martin talks about the geography of the Holocaust, the sites where the atrocities took place, and the different kinds of camp which existed.

Some work with Holocaust and genocide survivors, others focus on remembrance and education, and some work in community relations.
A special commemorative event marking the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Bergen-Belsen took place at Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire, on Friday, 4 April - ahead of the official anniversary on 15 April.
