A talk from a Holocaust survivor to mark Holocaust Memorial Day 2025.

A library exhibition showcasing the work of local schools and community groups to commemorate the Holocaust and other genocides. Runs from Monday 20th January until Friday 31st January.

From early evening (5pm approx), Middlesbrough Tower at Teesside University's Middlesbrough Campus will be illuminated in purple to commemorate Holocaust Memorial Day.

Speaker from Northern Holocaust Education Group coming to speak with all students in year 9-11

Discussion of various novels on the theme of the Holocaust as part of monthly book group. This session is open to all but booking is advisable. This event runs from 2:00pm until 3:00pm.

A service of reflection and remembrance of the victims of the holocaust and of all genocides. The service starts at 10.45am and is scheduled to last for approximately 1 hour

Mark Holocaust Memorial Day by composing a short poem on this year’s theme, “For a Better Future”, for display on our giant Wall Art Candle. This event runs from 1:00pm - 2:00pm
