To support the nation-wide campaign to remember those who were killed for who they were and to stand against prejudice and hatred, on Tuesday, 27 January we will be taking part in the ‘Light the darkness for HMD 2026’ campaign.
A lantern will be placed by the side of our memorial tree candle and lit at 8pm. For safety reasons a battery-operated candle will be used.
In the Public Services Centre reception, there will be a small display with some HMD information leaflets. We will also be raising awareness through posts on our social media channels, website and intranet to mark and support Holocaust Memorial Day.
