Two of our S6 pupils took part in the Lesson's From Auschwitz Project towards the end of 2025; as part of their next steps for this project the pupils were keen to share their learning and experience with younger pupils at our school.

We decided to work with S2 pupils who had been studying the Holocaust as they would have a foundation of understanding.

We organised 40 minute workshops across Holocaust Memorial Day where the students were guided through an exploration of pictures and a timeline which highlighted life before, during, and after the Holocaust.

The S6 pupils delivered these workshops independently, taking the S2s through each of the planned activities and sharing their experience of visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau as part of the LFA Project.
